In comparison to systems with conventional LED strips, considerable cost-saving advantages can be achieved with Quasar Led: no power supply unit, in the case of long distances no connection/welding.
-Long and continuous strip: they are supplied in reels of up to 50 metres that can be fed in one go.
-Minimum cut-off section: with only 100 mm cut-off section, they avoid the waste of unused strip parts.
-High efficiency: they achieve luminous efficacies of 100 lm/W
-Dimmable: they can be dimmed and are designed to achieve very low flicker (not visible to the human eye).
-No power supply: the strip must be connected directly to the 230V 50Hz mains supply
Due to the considerable heat production it is necessary to mount the strip on material with good heat dissipation (e.g. metal); we recommend our PA series aluminium profiles.
